How to request deletion of your data from Mosaic

If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account to Mosaic and would like your data to be deleted, you can submit a request using any of the methods below.

What data we store

• Your Facebook / Instagram account ID and display name
• OAuth access tokens used to retrieve follower statistics
• Historical follower count snapshots associated with your account

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@mosaic.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your Facebook or Instagram username or account ID
• The organization name your account was connected to (if known)

We will process your request and permanently delete all associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Disconnect via Facebook

You can also revoke Mosaic's access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Mosaic in the list
3. Click Remove

Revoking access stops any future data collection. To also delete previously collected data, please send us an email as described above.
