Mosaic is a private analytics dashboard that aggregates social media follower and engagement data for organizations. Access is granted only to authorized users (administrators and managers) assigned by an organization administrator.
Use of Mosaic requires an invitation from an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Mosaic retrieves data from social media platforms via their official APIs. By connecting a social account, you confirm that you have the right to authorize such access and that your use complies with the respective platform's terms of service and developer policies.
All software, design, and content comprising the Mosaic platform are the property of Mosaic and its developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved from third-party APIs will always be accurate or complete. Social media platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mosaic and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any loss of data or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
