Account information: Name and email address of registered panel users (administrators and managers).
Social media metrics: Publicly available follower counts and engagement statistics retrieved from third-party platform APIs (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram).
OAuth tokens: Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by social media platforms, stored securely and used solely to retrieve analytics data on behalf of the connected organization.
Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostic purposes.

To display social media analytics dashboards to authorized users.
To automatically retrieve and store daily follower snapshots via scheduled tasks.
To authenticate users and manage access control (admin / manager roles).
To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

Mosaic connects to social media platform APIs to retrieve metrics. By connecting a social account, you authorize us to access data permitted by that platform's API terms. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data:

Follower snapshots are retained indefinitely to enable historical trend analysis. OAuth tokens are retained until the connected account is removed or the token is revoked. User accounts are retained until deleted by an administrator.

All data is stored on servers within our controlled infrastructure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the panel requires authentication. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
